Open access policy, licensing type and terms of use of copyrighted materials

The scientific and production journal "Journal of Economic Reforms" (hereinafter referred to as the journal) adheres to the Open Access policy . Full-text access to the journal's scientific articles, in real time, is presented on the journal's official website in the " Archives " section.

All articles are posted on the journal's website immediately after publication without a time limit, then distributed through a network of national libraries and stored in paper form.

 

Articles are published in the public domain. There is no subscription or fee for viewing the article.

This is in line with the open access policy of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). The journal's licensing policy is consistent with most policies related to open access and archiving.

Open access is a means of disseminating new results of peer-reviewed scientific research across disciplines and countries. Articles published in a journal become completely accessible and free for use by scientists, researchers, teachers, education seekers, and anyone interested in scientific research.

The magazine is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License. Commons Attribution International CC-BY . This allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, cite, or link to the full text of a scientific article in this scientific publication.

All issues of the journal are archived and stored in the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine.

Regarding the archiving and long-term open access storage policy, the Journal is developing procedures aimed at ensuring continuous access to content hosted on its servers:

backup;

monitoring technological aspects to prevent possible format conversions or outdated software;

digital preservation metadata;

use of digital object identifiers (DOIs).

In addition, the journal stores its metadata and full text articles in various national and international repositories to ensure long-term digital preservation of articles, such as ARCHIVE .

 

Authors are responsible for obtaining copyright permission to reproduce illustrations, tables, figures taken from other authors and/or sources. Permission must be placed at the bottom of each item.

The authors attach to the article submitted for consideration a copyright transfer agreement (if there are co-authors - a joint one, signed by all) stating that the article is the author's own development, has not been previously published and is not under consideration in other publications (sample agreement)

The use of copyright objects (scientific articles, illustrations) in a scientific journal is based on the principles of lawful publication, mandatory indication of the author and source. Quotation is allowed to the extent justified by the purpose, use for scientific purposes without payment of remuneration, as well as the use of open Creative Commons licenses. Commons).
