Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge
Support for Young Researchers
The journal maintains a supportive policy for young scientists. A sole-authored publication by a student at the third (educational-scientific) level of higher education (PhD candidate) enrolled in a state-funded (budgetary) programme is exempt from all publication fees.
