CONTROL TOOLS OF MINI AND MICRO-UAV

Abstract


Basic mini and micro-UAVs equipments, particularly the automatic control systems – autopilot (AP) and communication interfaces were considered and analyzed in the paper. The analysis results of the modern autopilots on the avionics mini and micro-UAVs market, their technical characteristics, hardware features, functionality were given. There is a comparison of the various technical characteristics we give in the paper. There are processing power of the central board computer, a positioning accuracy, interfaces between the modules, control channels and supported aircraft types.
