This article focuses on the formation of the technical requirements for modern agent-based intellectual learning system, as well as designing its architecture. The main content of the article is the description of functioning of units constituting the system, and interactions between them. Considerable attention is paid to the main tasks for each part in structure of system, as well as methods for their solutions. Finally, a possible embodiment of sequence of interactions between the parts of the system when solving the general problem is presented, as well as further steps for the development of the training system offered
