INFLUENCE OF RIVET TYPE ON FATIGUE OF RIVETED PLATE SPECIMENS WITH FILLED UNLOADED HOLES
Abstract
The effect of the rivet type on the fatigue of plate samples with filled unloaded holes is investigated. The design of the samples was developed with their subsequent manufacture at the Kharkov Aviation State Production Enterprise. Experimental studies of the fatigue of specimens of compounds with the U30MES-5M sealant with blind rivets OST 1 34100-80 and rivets with flat-rounded heads OST 1 34078-85 were carried out. The results of these studies are presented.
