INNOVATIVE ECOLOGY IN THE CONDITIONS OF INTENSIVE USE OF PRODUCTION RESOURCES

К. В. Павлов

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of the formation and development of innovative ecology, as a new scientific and academic discipline, which is closely related to the innovation economy, and also identifies some actual directions for its further differentiation. In addition, the issues of assessing the development of innovative ecology in the context of intensive use of basic production resources are analyzed. The purpose of the article is to display the main characteristics of innovative ecology in the conditions of intensive use of production resources. Of practical importance is the justification of the need to introduce the intensification of production as a factor in the growth of the efficiency of social production. The originality of ideas consists in comparing the dependencies of the insignificant rates of intensification of production and the causes of the deep crisis in which the Russian economy finds itself. It is proved that during the transition to market relations, the pace of the intensification process has decreased significantly. The result was the exact opposite: during the transition period, not only did the further intensification of the intensive nature of production not occur, but the already low level of intensification significantly decreased. The conclusions substantiate tendencies and possible prospects, which testifies to an increase in the lag of the technical level of enterprises of the Russian economy from the technical equipment of similar enterprises in developed capitalist countries, that is, an increase in the lag of the technological level of Russian enterprises from the world level.
