NORM AND PATHOLOGY IN THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SPHERE

Abstract

The article deals with the issues of defining and evaluating criteria for the allocation of norms and pathologies in the social and economic sphere. In addition, the need to develop a new promising direction - pathoeconomics, the division of economic science, considering the types and forms of pathological phenomena and economic processes, is determined. It is characterized that, among the most significant difficulties is the definition of the boundaries of the norm and pathology, the limits and possibilities of the norm. It is proposed to develop qualitative and quantitative parameters that characterize crisis and normal socio-economic conditions.
