THE HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OF UKRAINIAN FORENSIC SCIENCE INSTITUTIONS WITH FOREIGN SPECIALISTS IN COLLECTING, STUDYING AND PROCESSING HUMAN GENOMIC INFORMATION AND CONDUCTING MOLECULAR GENETIC ANALYSIS
Анотація
Abstract. The article deals with issues of organization and examination of physical evidence of biological origin (molecular genetic examination), which is becoming an increasingly relevant element in criminal proceedings. The authors stress that study and processing of human genomic information, as well as conduct of molecular genetic examination in forensic science institutions, which have been studied in Ukraine and abroad, can be considered in perspectives relevant issues of appointing and conducting molecular genetic examination in conditions of modern legal reality.
