ВЛИЯНИЕ ПАРАМЕТРОВ СТРУКТУРЫ НАНОКОМПОЗИТОВ НА ИХ СВОЙСТВА

Abstract


The structure generation processes in dispersed-hardened materials are considered which define physical and mechanical properties and therefore are of scientific and practical interest. The crystallization mechanism of inclusions has been experimentally studied while condensing a mixture of two metals vapors which do not exhibit solubility under equilibrium conditions on the example of Cu-Mo composition. The structure of the Cu-Mo condensate has been investigated, as well as the dependence of the size of molybdenum fractions on the concentration of the second phase and on the temperature of the substrate. The effect of generation conditions on the properties of dispersed-hardened materials has been studied.
