ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ЭЛЕКТРОПРОВОДНОСТИ ПОЛИМЕРНЫХ ВОЛОКНИСТЫХ КОМПОЗИТОВ

Abstract


In this article, four ways of increasing the electrical conductivity of a polymer composite material are described: gas-dynamic spraying, ion-plasma spraying, adding of electrically conductive particles to a thermoplastic and thermosetting binder. Advantages and disadvantages are considered from the point of increasing the electrical conductivity of the polymer composite material. The microstructure of the polymer composite modified by the presented technological methods is analyzed. The conclusion is that the most effective method for obtaining a structured electrically conductive layer is ion- plasma spraying.
