ANALYSIS OF THE COST OF MACHINING AND THE BUSINESS CASE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES OF GRINDING

Abstract


Optimization of technological and economic parameters of machining of machine parts for the grinding operation by the criterion of the lowest cost price was carried out, taking into account the two main items of costs related to the worker's wages and the costs of tools during processing. It is theoretically established that the minimum cost of processing does not correspond to the maximum processing capacity, because In this case, the cost price is sharply increased due to the intensive wear of the grinding wheel and the grinding process under these conditions becomes economically impractical. It is shown that the minimum processing cost corresponds to the optimal processing capacity, at which the cutting properties of the grinding wheel are used to the maximum possible.
