IMPROVEMENT OF THE TECHNOLOGY OF LASER CLADDING OF AIRCRAFT PARTS BY USING AN ADAPTIVE SYSTEM FOR REMOTE NON-CONTACT MEASUREMENT OF GEOMETRIC PARAMETERS
Abstract
The paper discusses the using of a laser remote sensor to control the geometry of a part in the process of cladding. The installation and adjustment of the sensor in the equipment for surfacing are considered, and the welded geometry is measured. The analysis and processing of the obtained data is performed. Additive production processes occupy a significant place in the creation of threedimensional metal products. The urgency of this work is to create a method for measuring the geometry of aviation parts directly during processing without removing them from the machine, and also the possibility of controlling the parameters of the technological process to achieve the highest quality of the product obtained.
