THE THE FOCUS-GROUP RESEARCH ON DEVELOPMENT PROBLEM OF THE UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES ON THE EAST OF UKRAINE
Abstract
The provisions of the article reveal the urgency and timeliness of the implementation of the decentralization reform in Ukraine in line with European trends of local development. The main results of the association of united territorial communities in the east of the country are revealed. The socio-economic indicators of the activities of the Liman, Belokurakino and Chmyrivka united territorial communities were analyzed, specific problems of their development were identified, the necessity of their solution by the state and international donors was substantiated, the positive effect of the introduction of the process of creating the united territorial communities was revealed.
