FORMATION OF TARGETS AND THEIR IMPORTANCE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The article describes the professors of the formation of goals and their importance in enterprise management. The existence, legitimacy of the enterprise's activity is conditioned both for people working in it, and for society. It is emphasized that people determine, through the goals, whether the enterprise is suitable for them or not. Goals not only attract people to the enterprise, but also limit the activities of employees of the enterprise, regulate their behavior. Goals determine the nature of the enterprise for its employees and thereby force them to assume the corresponding obligations. Goals are the main motivator, direct the behavior of people, satisfying their needs. Entering the enterprise into the leading positions in the industry satisfies both material (maximum profit) and moral needs (pride in organization) of workers.
