REGULATION OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC EXCLUSION AREA OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

For the formation of the possibility of timely and adequate managerial impact on the manifestations of socio-economic exclusion in enterprises, based on the socio-dynamic properties of the enterprise, it was suggested that all directions and coordinates of the enterprise’s development be interpreted through the formation of the corresponding phase space. The purpose of the article is to conduct a study to identify manifestations of socio-economic exclusion in enterprises and to model its space to determine the possibility of regulating this process. The object of the research is a modern enterprise, which is treated as an open, complex socio-economic system. The study used the methods of a systematic approach, logical, monographic analysis and mathematical modeling. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that the influence of factors of socio-economic exclusion leads to a number of negative socio-economic phenomena, which are displayed on the general trajectory of the enterprise’s development and lead to problems with financial resources, become an impulse to and time. The originality and practical significance of the study lies in the methodological approach of taking into account the factors influencing the macro segment, microsegments, internal and diffusion environment of the phase space of socio-economic exclusion in enterprises. As a result of the study, a modification space for the operation of the enterprise has been identified, the phases of which are individual factors influencing the performance of the enterprise and the occurrence of manifestations of exclusion, the operation of which allows to determine the initial and final dangerous phases of the enterprise development process. Further research will be focused on the development of scenarios of socio-economic exclusion in enterprises, taking into account the identified influence of the phase space of the enterprise.
