DEVELOPMENT OF PARTNERSHIP INITIATIVES AS A FACTOR IN ACCELERATING TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article proves the hypothesis that in modern conditions, along with its own scientific and technical developments, an important practical task of innovative development is to borrow the most progressive ideas and solutions in other countries of the world. The purpose of the article is to reflect the development trends of partnership initiatives as a factor in accelerating technological development. The originality of the research is that the author characterizes the business incubator as a launch pad for a beginner small business entrepreneur who can use the services of a business incubator as placing a business project in a design bureau, a research institute or a higher education institution, and predict the line of future production of certain products. The business incubator organizes the receipt of a foreign loan in the bank, monitors the process of project development and upon completion of it, facilitates the entrepreneur in its development. The practical significance of the article is to justify the fact that the business incubator, being one of the elements of the general system of supporting entrepreneurship in the region, attracts a wide range of "external" clients, thereby contributing to the expansion of the client base for incubated firms. In conclusion, it is proved that today we need a new model of a strategy of scientifically based innovation activity, which is not only the restructuring and modernization of production, starting with a specific enterprise, according to the criteria for restoring production potential on a new technical, technological, structural, organizational, managerial and social basis, and in the first stage the formation of a qualitatively new person capable of effective life activity and increasing mental capacity in the new th model of world economy development.
