Abstract


The article substantiates the expediency of allocation of suburban economy and ecology as a separate direction regionalistiki and identifies features of management and sustainable development of ecological and economic systems of suburban agricultural areas. The intensification of the urbanization process in the world economy is reflected in the theory - in recent years dramatically increased the number of scientific publications that address the problems of socio-economic development of cities. Moreover, we can speak of a special direction in the general theory of regional economy with its own issues and specific methods and approaches to the solution of economic problems - we are talking about the so-called urban economy.
