INVESTMENT CLIMATE AS FACTOR OF COMPETITIVENESS OF A REGIONAL ECONOMIC COMPLEX

Abstract


In article specifics of assessment of investment climate of the region reveal, tendencies of his change in the Volgograd region come to light in recent years, defined points of correction of investment risks are allocated. As the major strategic task authors note need of modernization of system of attraction of investments and support of investment projects in the territory of the region, increases in volume of the involved investments directed to implementation of projects in the priority directions of managing, creation of the accompanying infrastructure according to the standard of the Agency of strategic initiatives.
