OUTSOURCING IN THE ACTIVITIES OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES: MARKETING ASPECT
Abstract
The ratio of key terms such as industrial cooperation, outsourcing, subcontracting has been clarified in this article. It is proved that industrial outsourcing within the country has significant potential in the form of subcontracting. The analysis of world tendencies of industrial outsourcing and prospects of its application in Ukraine is analyzed. It is noted that the development of information technology activates the cooperation of enterprises, and low wages and good location makes an attractive domestic outsourcing market for foreign customers. Industrial outsourcing has a number of advantages in terms of optimizing business processes, but requires the attention of marketing subdivisions and services of the enterprise in the field of audit of the choice of a subcontractor, the execution of the order and its integration into the value chain for the final customer. According to this information, the article describes the types of marketing activities that have been structured according to the stages of the process of industrial outsourcing.
