ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF RISKS IN MANAGEMENT AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

Abstract


Based on the study of approaches, the classification of risks of agrarian production according to the degree of influence of managerial decisions on risk minimization is specified: managed, weakly managed, unmanaged, priority and ordinary. The expediency of cluster analysis in the context of frequency of occurrence and significance of losses for the detection and evaluation of the impact of risks on the performance of agrarian enterprises is substantiated. The approach to constructing a decision tree for making relevant decisions on reducing risk losses is proposed. For the implementation of cluster analysis, a proposed classification of risks in the context of hedging. the implementation of the approach to building a "decision tree" can predict the risk of risks and make relevant managerial decisions on minimizing risks.
