SOCIO-ECONOMIC EXCLUSION:MEASUREMENTS OF DEPRODUCTION AND ISOLATION

Ганна Сергіївна Ліхоносова

Abstract

The results of the analysis of socio-economic exclusion in Ukraine have shown rather negative tendencies of its manifestations in comparison with other countries. The research showed that the obtained characteristics reflect the possibilities of constructing a measuring instrument for determining socio-economic exclusion according to the international comparison. The article substantiates the economic-structural and sociocultural manifestations of socio-economic exclusion of various groups of the population, as well as its measurement through the indicators of material derivation and social isolation. It is emphasized that in the context of socio-economic exclusion, the lack of real access to effective employment serves not only as a factor in reducing the consumer's capabilities but also in excluding it from the workplace. The results of the study are the basis for further assessment of the degree of socio-economic exclusion of vulnerable groups in the Ukrainian labor market, depending on social security models.
