DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF THE EMPLOYER IN THE INNOVATION AND EDUCATIONAL SPHERE
Abstract
The article substantiates the development of professional competencies of the employee in the innovation and educational system, as well as the role and importance of the individual worker in social and labor relations, the creation of a mechanism for its development to involve and enhance the willingness to participate in innovation processes, and the distinctive features of the educational and innovation potential in performance of professional competencies by the employee. It is characterized that the existing contradictions between the need to increase the effectiveness of the innovation system, go at a slow pace, as well as the restructuring of the educational system does not correspond to the level of professional competencies of employees and this justifies the actualization of the development of scientific and methodological tools for managing and forming the professional competencies of the employee, taking into account the coordination of the interests of educational systems.
