INSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS OF FUNCTIONING THE MARKET MODEL IN THE SPORTS OF BELARUS

Сергій Борисович Репкін

Abstract

The article considers sport as a modern socio-economic phenomenon, taking into account its unique-ness and place in the social division of labor. On the one hand, sport is always an integral part of the national economy of each country and thus contains the characteristic features of its economic model. On the other hand, sport is naturally deeply integrated into the international financial and economic system through the activities of international sports federations, sports competitions, sports leagues. The formation of a sustainable economic model in the sport of each country can be achieved only on the basis of the synthesis of laws and features of the functioning of both national and international economic systems. The original "hybrid" approach is proposed to create optimal conditions for multi-channel targeted financing of sports; implementation of market principles and international standards of sports organizations; creating high-quality sports products.
