THE IMPORTANT PROBLEMS OF THE AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX IN THE NORTHERN REGION

Abstract


The article is devoted the problem of determining main objectives of development of the agricultural complex of the Komi Republic. A key role in solving this problem belongs to accelerating the full investing of the agricultural complex, eliminating the long-term trend of underfunding its industries and businesses. The aim is to restore the principles of state financial and economic support, radically change the agricultural investment and innovation policy. It is noted that the scope of assistance of the state consists of periodical improvement of cross-sectoral investment relations, addressing many of the vertical barriers, and elimination of complex horizontal conflicts.
