STOCK INSTRUMENTS OF CAPITAL FORMATION OF BUSINESS ENTITIES: TRENDS, ISSUES, PRIORITIES

Abstract


In the article on the basis of a systematic analysis of the current state and development trends of the stock market are identified the causes that prevent a more active use of stock instruments for capital formation of business entities. It is proved that the IPO (initial public offering) is an effective tool for the growth of capitalization and competitiveness of enterprises. The main factors affecting the structure of the IPO are determined, the recommendations for the development of IPO are given. The advantages of attracting investment via access to the international stock market are shown. Priorities are identified and measures are grounded in order to increase the use of stock instruments for the formation of investment capital.
