Abstract

Inclusive development of territorial communities is an important aspect of the modern strategy of socio-economic development at the local level. It is focused on ensuring equal opportunities for all community members, in particular for socially vulnerable groups, such as people with disabilities, pensioners, women, children and representatives of national minorities. The goal of inclusive development is to create conditions in which every citizen can actively participate in the social, economic and cultural life of the community, regardless of their physical, economic or social limitations. Purpose of the study The purpose of the study is to determine the features of inclusive development of territorial communities in the context of modern transformational changes. The object of the study is the process of ensuring the availability of various resources within the framework of the formation of a development complex for territorial communities. Methods used in the study are methods of analysis and synthesis, methods of deduction and induction, comparison method, generalization method, comparison method, logical method, tabular method for visual display of individual research results. The main hypothesis of the study was the assumption that certain aspects of inclusive development can be transformed and projected onto territorial communities to ensure their development in modern conditions of transformational changes. Ensuring inclusion at the local level contributes not only to social cohesion, but also to economic growth and sustainable development of the community. In this context, the role of local authorities is important, which must work to create conditions for social integration and equal opportunities for all residents of the community. The originality and practical significance of the study is confirmed by the possibility of using individual conclusions of the study in practical activities. The creation of effective mechanisms of local self-government that involve all social groups allows not only to strengthen democracy, but also to increase the efficiency of local governance. As a result, the inclusive development of territorial communities ensures the creation of a fair and equal environment that contributes to economic development, improving the quality of life of residents, reducing social inequality and increasing the overall stability of the community. To achieve these goals, close cooperation between local governments, public organizations and other stakeholders is necessary.
