NATURAL OSCILLATIONS FREQUENCIES OF HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR ELEMENTS SIMULATION

Abstract


The paper presents simulation results of Heat Controlled Accumulator (HCA) structural parts natural frequencies. Two different mounting brackets were analyzed including impact of interior parts of accumulator. Find out that the minimal frequencies are in interior parts and central tube of accumulator – about 175 and 346 Hz correspondingly. The paper results demonstrate that there is no sufficient impact of mounting brackets to natural frequencies of structure critical elements. Joint mass analysis defined natural frequencies of central tube depending from joint interface – 233 and 143 Hz. Experimental set-up layouts and comparison of interior fragment vibration test results with simulation are presented in paper.
