Abstract

In article approaches of reduction the ionospheric medium influence on the propagation of electromagnetic waves is proposed. The education principles of error-correcting environment, based on the influence of artificial low-temperature plasma in the ionospheric RC layer are formed. The main criterion of sardonically low-temperature plasma habitat is determined. By the research, the way of plasma’s size increasing and a convenient form with interchangeable properties were found. This principle has applied nature for using in close proximity to the slit of spacecraft antenna.
