GENERAL PROVISIONS

All submitted papers are peer-reviewed in order to select the articles meeting the high standards of this scientific journal.

In the final section of the evaluation form, the reviewers must include observations and suggestions for improvement that are sent to the authors, without the names of the reviewers.
  7. In the matter of disagreement with the evaluation of the reviewer, the author has the right to provide a reasoned response to the Editor-in-Chief. The case will be discussed at the meeting of Editorial Board and the paper will be directed to additional review by another expert.
  8. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject papers in case of author's insolvency or unwillingness to take into account the reviewers' comments and suggestions.
