RESEARCH OF STAKEHOLDERS COOPERATION IN INNOVATIVE PROJECTS OF TELECOMMUNICATION INDUSTRY

The paper considers the stakeholders relationship management in the implementation of innovative projects for telecommunication industry. Innovative projects in this industry usually affect all areas and levels of industrial and business activities. In view of this the approach envisages the sequential decomposition of the project goals and stakeholders objectives according to the hierarchy of industrial activities in order to provide their comparison and the clarification of dominant sides ideas. The proposed system view of the project goals allows each project participant to predict the behavior of its partners in order to provide the efficiently planning of the resources usage, to prioritize mutual relationships at every stage of the project life cycle and to effectively manage risks.
