PRINCIPLES OF ERGONOMIC DECOMPOSITION IN
THE ORGANIZATION OF FLIGHT SIMULATOR TRAINING

From the performed
analysis of statistics of aviation incidents follows that maintenance of
appropriate level of safety of flights at various faults of aviation technics essentially depends on ability of flight crew to
operate in special cases of flight. Corresponding skills are formed, mainly
during flight simulator training, which is an integral component of pilots'
vocational training system. Given the shortcomings of the modern organization
of flight simulator training, models of analysis and synthesis are developed,
based on the principles of vertical and horizontal decomposition. Proposed substantial model of flight simulator training, which is
