From the performed analysis of statistics of aviation incidents follows that maintenance of appropriate level of safety of flights at various faults of aviation technics essentially depends on ability of flight crew to operate in special cases of flight. Corresponding skills are formed, mainly during flight simulator training, which is an integral component of pilots' vocational training system. Given the shortcomings of the modern organization of flight simulator training, models of analysis and synthesis are developed, based on the principles of vertical and horizontal decomposition. Proposed substantial model of flight simulator training, which is guided by recommendations of ICAO, JAÀ, FAÀ and the state aviation administration of Ukraine.
