ANALYSIS OF STATISTICAL METHODS OF ENSURING COMPLEX TECHNICAL SYSTEMS RELIABILITY

A.B. Tomashevskiy, A.A. Tevs

The statistical methods used for ensuring the reliability of complex technical systems (CTS) at all stages of life cycle such as designing, manufacture and operation are considered. The general scheme of CTS reliability calculation based on a statistical estimation of indicators of reliability of elements of system by results of tests is defined. The attention is paid that such CTS as aircrafts, aircraft engines belong to the class of stochastic dynamic systems and while their operation the occurrence of failure is possible at any moment. For maintenance the CTS functioning reliability at the operation phase it is offered to carry out monitoring of values of parameters of the system elements condition and to build control charts by means of software package STATISTICA based on the received data. As an example of reliability monitoring control cards for parameter «Vibration of the left engine» were built on the basis of the information from the flight recorder.
