THE TECHNOLOGICAL BASES OF MAINTENANCE OF FUNCTIONAL STABILITY OF THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM

This article about technological bases of maintenance of functional stability of the air traffic control system which are based on modeling of process of revealing of area of redundancy and optimum use of existing resources for parrying of supernumerary situations. The analysis of superfluous structures on an indicator of functional stability is carried out.
