AIRCRAFT ENGINES OPERATION RELIABILITY. ITS CONTROL AND ANALYSIS BY AIRLINE CARRIERS
O.G. Kucher, P.O. Vlasenko
An Airline Reliability Program has been
studied. The connection between Data collection system, Data analysis system,
Performance standards, Corrective action system and Presentation of Data has
been showed. Reliability data of engines under control, monitoring and reliability
analysis of functional systems, subsystems and engine components when
evaluating a flight technical readiness of an engine has been presented.
Reliability control of functional systems, subsystems and components of an
engine based on PIREP, MAREP and operation has been examined. В737-300/400/500 aircrafts (exploited by the
company in 2010) reliability has been analyzed. An individual control and
aircraft reliability based on engine systems and subsystems analysis applied.
Key words: reliability, flight safety, reliability
data, upper control limit, reliability analysis
