the Tool of the vibrosignals analysis automation for technical condition estimation of the gas-turbine engine components

The tool
of the vibrosignals analysis automation for technical
condition estimation of gas-turbine engine components in a hardware-software
complex (HSC) «WinPos» is offered. The module was
built in «WinPos». It allows diagnosing occurrence of
fault in engine work, since to a previously vibrosignals
filtration, calculation of distances and corners on various orientations in
space, and also to visual representation for research in 3D planes of the
trajectory of the shaft in the bearing. Results of given calculations on
condition diagnostics of the engine components have been received according to
block test of TPE TV3-117VMA-SBM1.
