METROLOGICAL INSPECTION OF COORDINATE-MEASURING MACHINES

Information reliability,
obtained by information users, depends on measurement data accuracy. Accuracy
characteristics of coordinate-measuring machines (CMMs) producers obtain with help of deferent tools,
positions and directions in space and estimate, using variety of
methods. It is involve making conclusion about practical errors or comparing CMMs with each other. That way nowadays one of the main
tasks is development universal CMMs’ inspection tools
and methods. In this article give analytical calculation a priori and a posteriori dispersions, like one of the main touch-stone of
reliability and quantity of measuring information
