MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF STRUCTURE OF THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM ON THE BASIS OF STOCHASTIC GRAPHS

The structure mathematical model of the air traffic control system is offered on the basis of the theory of stochastic graphs. The necessity of account of possible supernumerary situations which are conditioned internal and external factors resulted in that the offered model differs from existing probabilistic character of power of both great number of number of connections between the elements of the system and great number of number of knots (elements). The existent theory of the casual graphs is developed for cases, when amount of connections of control the system by air motion by chance, and the amount of knots is determined.
