Development of methods to diagnose fatigue
damage of GTE parts and the degradation rate of the mechanical properties
because of temperature-force influence during maintenance with high reliability
is an actual problem. In this paper the results of experimental and theoretical
studies of the damages influence, such as "Nick", on the blade`s eigenfrequencies are presented. The frequency
characteristics of compressor blade were considered with various damages. Solid
model of the blade was designed. While comparing the results of analytical
determination of the frequency characteristics with the experimental data
debugging of the model was performed. It was noted that
there is definite value of damages, which can be clearly seen in rejection of
"leading" eigenfrequencies of the reference
blade considered forms.
