MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF PROCESS OF POLISHING  BLADES OF GAS-TURBINE ENGINES

Problems of existing method of a polishing of blades of gas-turbine engines around on the felt basis are considered.  The new method of a polishing of blades - polishing of blades by infinite belt from the emery paper is offered. It method to solve a problem of exist technological process of deep unit scratch indexes after machining. Experimental investigations of a surface roughness formation have been made, which confirm an authenticity of the theoretical conjecture. Research results are described.  The design procedure is suggested for parameters of a roughness. The capability of a design procedure calculation of parameters of a roughness has been proved.
