THE RESONANT MECHANISM OF
ACTIVATION OF WATER-COAL FUEL. THE "KASHTYL" CONCEPT

Opportunity of
application for activating of process of burning of water-coal fuel is rotined chemically by active atomic hydrogen which can be
got by realization in a combustion of nonelectrode impulsive discharge, providing «cold»
destruction of water or hydrocarbons chamber is shown. Is given the circuit of
laboratory generator of high-voltage impulses is resulted with possibility of
adjusting of their parameters and also picture of laboratory stand and
electrolysis cell with an ejection and burning of hydrogen. The conducted
experimental researches confirm the capacity of resonator-resonance mechanism
of destruction of molecules “cold” -process without heating of atoms with the
considerable diminishing of activating barrier at break a decouplig
both at destruction and at a photolysis.
