AUTOMATIC
MONITORING OF DYMANIC LOADING OF AUGMENTED TURBOFAN ENGINE IN OPERATION USING STANDART VIBRATION MEASUREMENT
B.B. Korivin, A.A. Stasevich, O.N. Bilinkina
The need
of automatic monitoring of augmented turbofan engine intershaft
bearing vibration loading during its operation on maneuverable aircraft is
stated. The technology is based on the broadband signal analysis received from
the standard flexural ceramics vibration sensor installed on the engine
intermediate casing. The algorithm consists of allocation of specters
diagnostic component of the intershaft bearing
separator rotating frequency and evaluation of its operation time on different
engines modes. The appearance of diagnostic component and its progressive
operation time on the idle for the technological engine with defective bearing
are the reasons for earlier check of intershaft bearibg state. The real-time application of algorithm is
viewed.
