Results of the aircraft engine fan blades fluctuations
experimental researches by a contactless method at the specialized stand are
resulted at imitation of an icing in flight conditions. On the basis of the
engine vibrating characteristics spectral analysis results comparison without
an icing and during an icing it is shown, that at an
icing stability of the fan blades to a flutter is reduced. Therefore, standard bench testing aircraft engines for
the lack flutter of the fan rotor blades recommended to
supplement the tests with simulated icing conditions. With reference to such tests it is necessary to modernize existing aeroelastic processes diagnostics systems.
Key words: icing, flutter, rotor blades, vibration diagnostics,
spectral analysis.
