PARTICULAR CASE OF Integration of equation for cylindrical panel’s fluctuation

The article presents the investigation of low frequency fluctuations of slim cylindrical panel, with rectilinear border which is supposed free or faintly fastening. As a result forms of steadiness’ losses  localize near the rectilinear border. Cases with border’s conditions for one from curvilinear borders was taken from stopping up group were considered in the article. Border effect in this location take place. Excluding of border effect’s integral from the  border’s  conditions on the curvilinear borders for the purpose of receiving  asymptotical equation for parameter of frequency fluctuations of  cylindrical panel was made. Comparison  of asymptotical results and numerical results by run-through method and ultimate elements method is given.
