BALANCING
OF ROTORS OF COMPRESSORS AND TURBINES WITH INCOINCIDENT WORKING AND BALANCING
SURFACES

The analysis of the
reasons of occurrence of a disbalance of rotors of
compressors and turbines aviation engines and industrial GTU is resulted. The disbalance which principal cause is eccentricity a balancing
axis concerning an axis of rotation of a rotor, can
exceed admissible values on usages. The balancing methods one of which consist
in preliminary measurement warp a shaft in planes of correction concerning
landing surfaces under bearings with the subsequent balancing by means of
removal of metal and installation imitating mass the set weight are offered, and another is based on a method of calculation
mutual centering error axes.
