MATHEMATICAL MODEL BORING WITH ACTIVE MAGNETORHEOLOGICAL
DAMPING CLUTCH
S.N. Solovyov, A.M. Gurskyi
Modern
design boring bar for accurate boring of holes, using as a damping element magnetorheological fluids are analyzed. A
mathematical model of the boring with magnetorheological
clutch-damper are consider. Based on the work environment, boring bar
optimal design magnetorheological clutch-damper with
a cylindrical working gap are proposed. Model of Navier-Stokes equations to describe the flow of magnetorheological fluid in a cylindrical working gap are reviewed and
simplified. A generalized system of differential equations in boring, which
further encouraged to solve using numerical
calculations.
