COMPARATIVE RESEARCH OF GRINDING OF PROFILE SURFACES OF BLADES OF THE TURBINE ON TOKARNO-FRONT МК163М AND MACHINE TOOL ELB-SCHLIFF MICRO CUT4-520

The comparative analysis of handling of profile surfaces of blades of the turbine on the multicoordinate grinding machine tool and the traditional circuit of handling is resulted. Practical application and acknowledgement of efficiency of application of multicoordinate handling is considered. The equipment on which tests were produced is visually shown. Quality of a blanket of the processed surface received is considered at different methods of grinding. It is marked that the most preferable method of handling of profile surfaces is multicoordinate handling.
