ROUGHING OF CENTRIFUGAL
MONOSPROCKETS OF A TURBINE ENGINE WITH APPLYING OF PLUNGER MILLING ON
PROCESSING CENTERS FROM THE MACHINes
OF
NUMERICAL CONTROL

The results of
operational use of a method of plunger milling of centrifugal monosprockets of turbine jets on processing centers from
the machines of numerical control are introduced. The methods of opening-up of
the pilot programs of treating of blade-to-blade room ЦБК are reviewed. The proposed method of application
both know-how has provided high efficiency and stable
result on a kept shrinkage allowance. The held studies have shown a
considerable decrease of complexity at implementation of operations of a
roughing of blade-to-blade room concerning other methods of machine work. At
availability of blade surfaces the selected instrument and the cutting modes
have provided stable process at high efficiency and guaranteed shrinkage
allowance under further machine work.
