THE FUNCTIONAL STABILITY CONCEPTS OF AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM

The functional stability concepts for the theory
of the air traffic control system is offered, determinations and mathematical
formalization of functional stability is done, necessary and sufficient terms, indexes
and criteria of functional stability are certain. Of principle differences are certain from the
existent concept vehicle of functional firmness of the difficult technical
systems. Pointlessness of application is well-proven for automated control the
system by air motion of existent theoretical approach of estimation of supply
and functional firmness of the dynamic systems.
