NEW НЕАТING METHOD OF ROTATING DICKS WITH USE CONST

The
finite-element three-dimensional model is developed for calculation of
electromagnetic and temperature fields and inductor parameters at heating of rotating disks in program complex
ANSYS. The investigations
of characteristics of rod
inductors in view of influence
of a clearance and frequency of a current are carried. The new effect is
received at induction heating the disks consisting in additional allocation of
thermal energy in a product due to rotation. The influence of rotation
frequency on formation of power of internal sources of heat in a rotating disk
with use rod and ellipse inductors is analysed.
