ADJUSTMENT OF ELECTROHYDRAULIC FORMING PROCESSES IN SYSTEM OF PRODUCTION
TOOLING PREPARATION

Analysis of adjustment of electrohydraulic forming of the half-torus sheet component
and required configurations of forming tools along manufacturing steps in
system of production tooling preparation are performed. Peculiarities of
forming process designing and re-machining of forming tools in «modelling» and «manufacture»
sub-systems are considered. Necessity of coordination of sheet-components
forming process parameters, designs of forming tools and their modelling in the
common system are shown. High efficiency of CNC machines in manufacture of dies
for sheet components of complicated shapes is determined. Engineering specifications
for forming tools designing with consideration of optimisation of forming
processes and re-machining of forming tools are developed.
